Work History

John Brehm has been Senior Vice President & CFO of Citizens Energy Group since 2005. John is responsible for the financial integrity of the Trust, including strategic financial planning and execution. Prior to joining Citizens, John advanced through positions of increasing responsibility during 26 years with IPALCO Enterprises and Indianapolis Power & Light. He joined IPL in 1975 as an accountant and progressed through several positions including Director of General Accounting, Assistant Controller, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer.

Professional and Community Involvement

John has served on boards of directors for the Near North Development Corporation, the Indiana Humanities Council the Indianapolis Zoological Society and the United Way of Central Indiana.  John is a graduate of the Diversity Leadership Academy of Greater Indianapolis.

Work History

Sara Mamuska-Morris has been Director of Treasury for Citizens Energy Group since 2014.  Sara began her career with Citizens in 2001 as a plant engineer in the Thermal division and advanced through positions of increasing responsibility in Engineering, Operations and Business Development.  Prior to joining Citizens, Sara held engineering positions with Indianapolis Power & Light, RW Beck, the Office of Utility Consumer Counselor, and ABB Combustion Engineering Services.  Sara currently serves on the Board of Directors for Lynx Capital Corporation and the Energy Plus Credit Union. Sara is a graduate of the United Way Executive Women Leadership Program.
