Work History

Craig Jackson joined Citizens Energy Group in September 2021 and is Senior Vice President & CFO.  Craig is responsible for the financial integrity of the Trust, including strategic financial planning and execution. Prior to joining Citizens, he served as Group Chief Financial Officer for MasTec, Inc., a multinational infrastructure engineering and construction company.  Before his work at MasTec, Craig served in positions of increasing responsibility with Dayton Power & Light Company and AES Corporation. His roles included serving as Chief Financial Officer of AES’ US Strategic Business Unit and President & CEO of AES U.S. Utilities.

Work History

Jennifer Bailey has worked at Citizens Energy Group since 2014. Her experience includes budgeting, forecasting and controls related to Citizens’ capital program as well as enterprise risk management and strategic planning. Prior to joining Citizens, Jennifer worked as a consultant in various leadership positions in engineering, project management, and business development.

Professional and Community Involvement

Jennifer is a member of several engineering organizations and participates in local events to support organizations including the American Heart Association and Versiti Blood Center of Indiana.
